This page says what My Tullahoma keeps about you, why, and who else sees it. The short version: we keep only what the site needs, we never sell it, and there are no ads or trackers.

What we keep

  • Your email address, if you sign in. We use it to send your sign-in links, to tell you when an event you added is on the board or wasn’t added, and to tell you when a business you follow posts news.
  • Your email address, if you ask for the weekend list. We use it only to send the list every Thursday, and the link you tap to start it. You don’t need an account for this.
  • The name you give us. It’s shown with the events you add.
  • The events you add, including the sentence you typed.
  • Basic visit records that every website keeps: when you visited, your internet address and the kind of browser you use. We use these to keep you signed in, to stop people trying too many times, and to fix problems.

Who can see it

  • Everyone can see the events on the board, with the name you gave.
  • Nobody else can see your email address.
  • An event that’s waiting to be looked over, or wasn’t added, is seen only by you and the person who looks events over.

Who helps us run the site

  • Laravel Cloud runs the site and stores its information, in the United States.
  • Postmark sends our emails.
  • Anthropic reads the sentence you type when you add an event, so it can fill in the details for you. Under its terms, it doesn’t use what you type to train its AI.
  • The weather comes from the National Weather Service. Nothing about you is sent to them.

We don’t sell your information or give it to anyone else, unless the law requires it.

Cookies

We use a few small cookies to keep you signed in and to keep forms safe. We don’t use cookies for ads or tracking.

Your choices

  • You can fix, take back or remove any event you added, from Your events.
  • Every weekend list email, and every email about news from a place you follow, has a “Stop these emails” link. Tap it and those emails stop. You can also unfollow the place.
  • To have your account and everything you added removed, email hello@mytullahoma.com. We’ll remove it and let you know.

Children

My Tullahoma is for adults. Please don’t sign up if you’re under 13.
